Reports — Dashboard

Prerequisites

• Admin or Manager role.
• At least one completed sale in the selected period, otherwise tiles show zero.

Step by step

1. Open Reports from the admin sidebar. The Dashboard tab is selected by default.
2. Pick a period with the date filter — Today, Week, Month, or Custom.
3. (Optional) Set Grouping to day or week to change how the trend is bucketed.
4. Read the KPI tiles at the top: total revenue, number of receipts, average basket, and

the period trend.

1. Tap a KPI's info icon for the exact definition of that number.

FAQ

• Numbers look too low. Check the period — you may be looking at Today on a slow

morning. Widen to Week or Month.

• A late sale is on the wrong day. Figures use the trading date, so a sale after

midnight still counts on the open business day. See the Daily close.

• Dashboard and Sales disagree. They share the same data; a mismatch is almost always

a different period or grouping. Align both filters first.
