Legal bases

We process personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1) GDPR — in particular for the initiation of a contract (lit. b) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure, functional operation of the website (lit. f).

Server log files

When the website is accessed, access data (including IP address, time, requested resource, browser type) is automatically stored in server log files. This serves technical security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted after a short period.

Own web analytics

We run a simple, self-built counting system on our own server in the EU (no third-party tool). We collect only anonymous event counters (e.g. page view, click on specific buttons) together with a timestamp and the page visited. No cookies are set, and no IP addresses, device/browser data, or session/user identifiers are stored. Re-identifying individual visitors is technically not possible. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymous traffic measurement).

Contact form (Resend)

When you use the contact form, your details are processed to handle the enquiry and delivered by email via the service Resend (Resend, Inc.). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the contact form from abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). Technical data is processed to defend against bots. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in the address bar of your browser.
